720 - Segment Syntax Error Code

Technical Notes

  1. The 720 data element in a a functional acknowledgment records an error found in a data segment in the subject document.  If the functional acknowledgment is enabled, when an error is encountered in a data segment, the Data Segment Note (AK3) data segment is created and the error is recorded in this data element.
