Gets a comment type by its description.

Syntax:

• Set <oCommentType> = object. GetCommentType (<sDescription>)

Parameters:

• sDescription - Description of the comment type.

Returns:

Returns object of type FREDI.ediCommentType representing the comment type retrieved.
