ediDocument. IsX12

Indicates if the document loaded follows the standard of the ASC/X12 controlling agency.

Syntax:

• <True/False> = object.IsX12

Remarks

The property returns TRUE if the document is possibly an ASC/X12 document. This is a shallow test, and only the first few bytes of the document is read to determine the nature of the document. This property also does not indicate if the document is verified or does not contain errors.
