ediSecurityCertificate. IssuerName

Name of the certificate that has signed and issued this certificate.

Remarks:

An issuer of a certificate normally is a Certificate Authority who has verified the certificate by digitally signing it with its own certificate.  For self-signed certificates, the issuer name is the same as the subject name of the certificate.
