ediSecurityKeyContainers.RemoveKeyContainer

Physically deletes the Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP) key container from the CSP, and removes the key container from the collection.

Syntax:

• <lRetVal> = object.RemoveKeyContainer(<sKeyContainerName>)

Returns:

Returns 1 if the operation is successful; otherwise returns 0 if the operation failed.

Remarks:

WARNING:  This method physically deletes the key container from the CSP -- destroying all key pairs in the key container.  The operation cannot be undone, and unless the key container can be restored from backup, the key container is lost forever.  All documents secured by key pairs in the key container can no longer be accessible.
