No values in the list '<value list name>' matched the value '<value>' for data element '<element id>'.
Description
The Value of the data element with identifier Element ID does not match any of the values in the value list. The value list is specified in the implementation guideline and is "attached" to a data element whose value must match one of the values in the list.
Resolution
In the Standard Exchange Format (SEF) implementation guideline, the value list is under the VALREFS and VALLISTS section. Modify the section(s) to include the value if it should be part of the list.
