The value '<value>' does not follow any of the regular expression in the list '<value list name>' for data element '<element id>'.

Description

The Value of the data element with identifier Element ID does not follow any of the regular expressions specified in the value list. Regular expressions are specified as one of the value list "attached" to a data element whose value must follow the pattern specified by the regular expression.

Resolution

In the Standard Exchange Format (SEF) implementation guideline, the value list is under the VALREFS and VALLISTS section. Modify the section(s) to include the value if it should be part of the list.
