Functional Group trailer missing. End-of-file encountered.

Description

The Functional Group trailer is missing because the end-of-file has been reached.  A Functional Group header was previously encountered, and so a matching Functional Group trailer must be present.

For ASC/X12, the Functional Group header and trailer identifiers are GS and GE respectively.

For UN/EDIFACT, the Functional Group header and trailer identifiers are UNG and UNE respectively.
