Transfer Type Constants

Transfer Type Constants specifies the file format of the file to be transferred. 

• Property_INTERNET_FLAG_TRANSFER_ASCII (1) – Transfers the file as ASCII text.
• Property_INTERNET_FLAG_TRANSFER_BINARY (2) – Transfers the file as a binary file.  This is the default method.
