Save Document Options

The Save Options contain optional settings for saving the document.

  1.  The following options are displayed.

    Check the following boxes to enable the required options.

    • Truncate Value to satisfy standard requirement.
    • Add trailing space(s) to satisfy standard requirement.
    • Add trailing zero(s) to satisfy standard requirement.
    • Trim trailing space(s).

  2. Press OK to save the settings.
