620 - Implementation Segment Syntax Error Code

Technical Notes

  1. The 620 data element in an implementation acknowledgment is used to record an error encountered in a segment.  If the implementation acknowledgment is enabled, when FREDI encounters an error in the subject document, an Implementation Data Segment Note (IK3) is created which contains this data element.  The FREDI error is translated to the syntax error code which is then stored in this element.
