Processing Semantic Rules

Currently, the SefManager can only process Semantic Rules that refer to the following objects in the SEF file.

• A data segment in an ASC/X12 Transaction Set or UN/EDIFACT Message.
• A composite element in a data segment of an ASC/X12 Transaction Set or UN/EDIFACT Message.
• A data element in a composite element or data segment of an ASC/X12 Transaction Set or UN/EDIFACT Message.

Furthermore, semantic rules that have been added or removed through these objects will also be added and removed in the Semantic Rules table.
